We all have our own reasons to start living a healthier lifestyle. Perhaps you’re aiming to get that summer body you’ve always wanted. Maybe you’re trying to enhance your training performance even more. Or maybe it’s as simple as building your endurance just so you can keep up with your kids around the yard. Whatever reason you may have, it’ll not only affect you and build you up, but it’ll also have an affect on others around you.
Adam shares with us his main reason for getting on his X22i Incline Treadmill and improving himself: his daughter. And now he’s able to be the best dad that he’s only dreamed of being.
“Before even having a kid, I had this vision in my mind of running around with her on my shoulders and going everywhere. But in the state that I was in, that was not a reality. I just felt terrible about myself, just needed the right thing.
Finally got the kickstart I needed, and I got on the incline trainer and lost 35 pounds*. The first time I stepped on the incline I was kind of wowed by it. It started going up and going faster without me even touching it. And I love going along with the trainers around the world.
I’m able to go throughout my day feeling like I’ve accomplished so much. I’d run around with my kid out of my front yard. When I would run with her, I mean, we’d get two or three laps. Now we’re doing 20-30 laps. I’m wearing her out. The incline trainer definitely helps me be the dad I always dreamed of being.”
What an inspiring story, and we couldn’t be happier for Adam and his motivation to use the X22i to help him reach his goal. Another motivating story was shared with us by Steven. Steven talks about his experience with the X22i incline treadmill and how it boosted his confidence which led to him achieve his goal that he once thought was lost for good.
