John Peel is a former NCAA® Division I football player for the University of Utah. Upon graduating, he returned to his hometown of sunny Los Angeles, California and transformed his passion for athletics into a personal training career. John designs his workouts to be very dynamic while maximizing time and energy. His style is fun and fast-paced, and his workouts always include these three things: supersets, elevated heart rate, and lots of core work. His main goal for you? To sweat!
iFIT Trainer: Dr. Dale Simpson
“When you work in isolated places, not being with your family really gets to you. So you go to other places and you make family.”
Dr. Dale Simpson is a tour guide and an archaeologist based on Easter Island. Originally from Chicago, Dale eventually relocated to Rapa Nui so he could live and study on the island. For the past 20 years, he’s been sharing the fascinating history and culture of Rapa Nui with the world. He previously ran the Explora Guide School, teaching locals how to properly guide. His main goal is to make you excited about what you’re learning and he hopes to give you a glimpse into the past through ancient stories. When he’s not guiding, Dale loves to fish, camp, hike, and connect with the local community!
iFIT Trainer: Jake Norton
“Explore the world with open eyes and have fun, even when it’s not fun.”
Jake Norton is a world-renowned climber, photographer, filmmaker, and mountain guide. At age 18, he began guiding professionally, taking hundreds of clients up Mount Rainier, Mount McKinley, and other peaks around the world. Since then, Jake’s adventures have taken him to the summit of Mount Everest (more than once!), the Peruvian Andes, Kilimanjaro in Africa, and on various expeditions on all seven continents. Based in Colorado, his favorite activity is exploring the outdoors with his wife and kids. Fun fact: He ate 68-year-old biscuits on Mount Everest as part of a research expedition.
iFIT Trainer: Ramy Romany
“There’s nothing I love more than sharing my ancestor’s ancient secrets with the world.”
Ramy Romany is a world-renowned Egyptologist, documentarian, TV host, adventurer, and world traveler. Since 2005, he’s been leading tours of Egypt and sharing the rich, intricate history of his ancestors with the world. By combining his passions of film and Egyptology, he’s been able to film, produce, direct, and feature in over 100 documentaries on Ancient Egypt®. He also holds a degree in Ancient Egyptian History, Archeology, and Language from the University of Cairo. Fun fact: He can read and write in ancient hieroglyphs!

Jed Brophy is a New Zealand native that has paired his love of exercise and history with his career in acting. He’s played a variety of roles in the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit trilogies, including working as a company rider and horse trainer for the movies. His approach to fitness is functional, ensuring his body and muscles are prepared for strenuous roles, heavy costumes, and weaponry. He loves to share his knowledge and passion for his home country with others.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Heather Jenson is a fitness instructor and lover of Ironman® and marathon events. Since running her first marathon in 2008, she’s completed 18 marathons and 7 Ironman® races. She also teaches a variety of fitness classes, including HIIT, Pump, Power Yoga, and Pilates. When she has free time, she loves to golf, ski, and watch movies with her husband and 3 children. Something you may not know about her? She graduated from Dixie State University with a bachelor’s degree in Music, so she teaches flute and guitar lessons too!

Peter Hamilton is a tour guide and storyteller based in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a lifetime resident, he enjoys bringing the tales of Edinburgh to life for new visitors. With many years of experience, his goal is to inform, entertain, and offer unique insight about Edinburgh’s fascinating history.

After double majoring in finance and marketing, New Zealand native Kirsty Godso chose to take a different career path in order to pursue her fitness dreams. She’s been a Nike® Master Trainer since 2013, and is a certified CHEK Exercise Coach, EFTI® Level 2 Personal Trainer, Onnit Battle Ropes Specialist, Power Pilates Mat Instructor, and Les Mills® Grit Trainer and Bodypump Instructor. Kirsty is on a constant quest for positive energy, participating in both Pilates and yoga three times a week. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with friends, being active, and exploring New York City—her current stomping grounds.

Monique Lopes is a bodybuilder and fitness model from South Africa who discovered her passion for fitness through karate as a child. From her first punch, she fell in love with movement, being active, and feeling strong and fit. Fast forward to her second year of college when bodybuilding found its way into her life. Four weeks after learning what bodybuilding even was, Monique competed in her first show. She hasn’t looked back since! When she’s not in the gym, she loves walking on the beach, cooking healthy meals with her mom, hanging out with family, and exploring the outdoors.

BreeAnna Cox is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor from Kaysville, Utah. She’s also an ACE Prenatal and Postnatal Specialist, having helped moms and expecting moms get in shape for the last 10 years. When she’s not coaching, she enjoys being outside in nature, spending time with her family, and traveling the world. BreeAnna currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children. Something unique about her? She can walk on her hands as long as she wants—she’s never lost a handstand competition.

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Zac Marion describes his past self as an average Joe that was heavily obese. He discovered endurance training as a means to feel better and get healthier. One year and 100 pounds later, he fell in love with endurance sports and changed his career path. He graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, then a doctorate degree in physical therapy. As an athlete, coach, and physical therapist, he hopes he can inspire others to also improve their quality of life. In his spare time, he loves to cook and spend time with his family.

Nicole Meline is an NYC-based yoga and cycle instructor who brings a spiritual twist to her workouts. She got started in the fitness industry while still in grad school because she needed a job with flexible hours. Since then, she’s been deeply passionate about spirited movement and revelatory stillness, helping others learn how to move with strength and joy. Nicole currently leads online transcendent workouts that connect your body and mind, as well as soulful wellness retreats around the world.

Nick Hounslow is a fitness expert, celebrity trainer, actor, and model. At the age of 18, he left his home just outside of London to pursue a career in modeling. When Nick isn’t in front of the camera, you can find him teaching sold-out, impossible-to-get-into studio cycling classes at Cycle House in Los Angeles, California or sculpting the bodies of Hollywood A-listers. His innate ability to connect with clients and push them beyond what they think they are capable of is what makes them come back for more.
iFIT Trainer: Travis McCabe

Travis McCabe is a professional cyclist and spin instructor based in Denver, Colorado. Originally from Arizona, Travis attended Pima Community College and later graduated from the University of Arizona. He strongly believes in being able to work out every day without overworking yourself, and his favorite part about being a trainer is witnessing the joy from clients when they reach their goals. When he’s not cycling, you can find him mountain biking, backpacking, playing with his dachshunds, or watching “This Is Us.”
iFIT Trainer: Anja Garcia
“What can you do today to make yourself better than you were yesterday?”
Anja Garcia is an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer who filmed workouts for Xbox® Fitness, and Power Music™. She’s also a full-time registered pediatric ICU nurse in Los Angeles, California. After competing in collegiate gymnastics, Anja went on to receive her nursing degree before moving to Los Angeles to work at UCLA’s Mattel Children’s Hospital, where she continues to pursue her nursing career, as well as teach fitness on the side. She loves doing both and having the ability to change lives everyday through proper health, nutrition, and fitness education.
iFIT Trainer: Tommy Rivers Puzey
“Everybody wants to know the secret to success. The only secret is consistency.”
Tommy Rivers Puzey has loved running ever since he was a little kid. As a professional endurance athlete and coach, he specializes in exercise physiology, health and wellness, nutrition, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. After working and traveling extensively throughout Mexico and Central America, Tommy headed back to the U.S. to complete his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at NAU and become an LMT. He eventually settled with his family in Flagstaff where he trains for road marathons and mountain ultramarathons.
iFIT Trainer: Ashleigh McIvor

Ashleigh McIvor is an Olympic Gold Medalist and World Champion ski crosser from Whistler, BC. Growing up in a mountain town, she became obsessed with skiing and mountain biking at a young age. With a strong belief that fitness is the best way to increase your overall happiness, she continues to spend her time outside cruising up and down beautiful bike trails. As a cycling coach for iFIT, she hopes to pass along her valuable knowledge to anyone chasing a dream. Now that she’s retired, her free time is spent adventuring with her son Oakes and husband Jay, who is also an iFIT cycling coach.

Born and raised in Australia, Adam Pedicini has had a love for healthy, adventurous living since he was young. As he’s been able to forge a career in the arts and in fitness, he’s never lost his sense of play and imagination. With years of experience in coaching group exercise, strength, conditioning, biking, and CrossFit®, he’s also danced, sailed, skied, and kayaked all over the world. His zest for life shines through in everything he does, and he enjoys nothing more than teaching movement and helping people discover the joys of a healthy lifestyle.

Born and raised in Costa Rica, Anamaria Ramirez has always led an active lifestyle. She did ballet until college, which is where she discovered the gym, trails, and outdoor workouts. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, EREPS Certified Fitness Instructor, and a TRX® Certified Trainer, Anamaria loves to watch her clients achieve their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Her ideal workout is a combination of weightlifting and a little bit of cardio. Even in her spare time she loves to work out, but if she’s not doing that, then you can find her at the beach.
iFIT Trainer: Paulo Barreto
“Be better than you were yesterday.”
In 2013, Brazilian trainer Paulo Barreto’s wife, fellow iFIT trainer Hannah Eden, invited him to join her for a class at their local CrossFit® gym. One year later, this newfound passion led him to become a personal trainer. He eventually quit his job in order to dedicate all of his time to training and coaching. In 2015, he opened a HIIT studio with his wife in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and they haven’t looked back since. Paulo is an IKFF Kettlebell Sport L1 Trainer, Animal Flow® L1 Trainer, and a HIIT Master Trainer at PumpFit Club. Fun fact: He once paddle boarded 75 miles!
iFIT Trainer: Betina Gozo
“It’s one thing to say you can do something. It’s another to believe that you can.”
Betina Gozo is a full-time personal trainer, group trainer, and independent contractor in Portland, Oregon, where she also works at the Nike® World Headquarters. As an ACE and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Betina has taught everything from Zumba® to HIIT classes. She’s also a Nike® Master Trainer, having led workout classes and live events throughout the United States for as many as 500 people. Betina’s training philosophies stem from functional movement, as she strives to provide the tools and movement education each individual needs to live their healthiest and best life.

Kelsey Sheahan is a personal trainer based in Denver, Colorado. While studying at Colorado State University, she cheered for the Denver Broncos and also danced for the Armed Forces Entertainment Tour. Now 15 years later, she’s a certified Pilates, Barre, TRX, and pre- and post-natal group fitness instructor. She also works strictly with women on a one-on-one basis out of her own personal training studio called Sweat Den. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys going to the movies with her husband and hanging out with her golden retriever, Doc.
iFIT Trainer: Casey Field Gilbert

Casey Field Gilbert is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former Division I track and field hurdler from upstate New York. When he was younger, he used to get teased about being skinny. At age 14, he decided to do something about it and started lifting weights regularly in addition to playing sports. In 2017, he left his medical sales job to pursue his dream of becoming a fitness trainer, and never looked back. In his spare time, he loves running and exploring outside. His guilty pleasure? Candy. He claims, “If you bring an Airhead near me, it will not survive the day.”

Growing up in Scottsdale, Arizona, Elyse Miller was always involved in sports. It wasn’t until her first job at a gym that she really fell in love with working out. After her first baby, she quit her job as a reporter and returned to her athletic roots, turning her garage into a gym so she could train clients. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, she’s been helping others reach their fitness goals for the last 17 years. When she’s not spending time with her family outdoors, you can find her paddle boarding, water skiing, or exploring nature. She currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

After graduating from Indiana University on a track scholarship, Chris Clark discovered his passion for personal training almost 35 years ago. As a three-time All-American athlete, he’s trained collegiate and professional teams. In his own training, Chris focuses on mindset, movement, nutrition, and regeneration—four elements he refers to as the Tiger Method. His training style is challenging, motivating, and constantly changing, with a focus on pushing his clients to do more than they think they can.

Jonnie Gale has had a passion for fitness and athletics from a very young age. After playing nearly every sport up until high school, he went on to receive an athletic scholarship at Weber State University where he ran track and field. After college, he continued his rigorous fitness regime, primarily focusing on weight and speed training, before deciding that he wanted to help others train at an elite level too.

Stacie Clark’s passion for health and fitness began in childhood. In high school, she excelled as a three-sport varsity athlete, and has since channeled that love for sports into a successful career. She’s now a celebrity trainer, mother of two, and co-founder and CEO of Tiger Athletics. When Stacie’s away from work, she continues to embrace an active, athletic lifestyle, training and competing in adventure races, CrossFit® challenges, and races ranging from 10Ks to urbanathlons.
iFIT Trainer: Alex Gregory
“Grab every opportunity because the next one could change your life!”
Alex Gregory is a professional rowing athlete and outdoor enthusiast from Cheltenham, England. At age 17, he was introduced to rowing for the first time by a friend. This seemingly insignificant moment changed his life. He went on to compete professionally for 16 years, retiring with a World Best Time, five World Championship titles, and two Olympic Gold Medals. He also holds seven Guinness World Records! Using his experience as a top athlete, he hopes he can teach and inspire others to achieve their goals. Fun fact: He enjoys wood carving and wants to build his own log cabin one day.
iFIT Trainer: Susan Francia

Born in Hungary, Susan Francia moved to Pennsylvania with her family when she was two years old. Despite her start as an uncoordinated basketball player, she discovered rowing her sophomore year at the University of Pennsylvania and immediately fell in love with it. She later went on to win two Olympic Gold Medals and five World Championship titles. After competing in the 2012 Olympic Games, Susan realized she wanted to use her training experiences and enthusiasm for healthy living to help others. She is now a rowing coach at UCSD and still trains in San Diego, California.
iFIT Trainer: Jessica Eddie
“Be relentless.”
Jessica Eddie is an Olympic Silver Medalist and World Champion Medalist rower from Durham, England, having competed for Great Britain for over 16 years. She represented her home country at three Olympic Games, as well as raced at 10 World Rowing Championships, winning two bronze medals in the women’s eight. She was also part of the first-ever Great Britain women’s eight to win both an Olympic medal and European title in 2016. After Rio, she stepped away from the sport to pursue a master’s degree in art. Now that she’s retired, she enjoys cycling, listening to music, reading up on art history, and visiting art galleries.
iFIT Trainer: Hannah Eden

For years, Hannah Eden has worked on her craft as a coach and CrossFit® athlete. In 2014, she began competing at an elite level, becoming one of the Top 100 Fittest Women in the Southeast Region of the U.S. Shortly after, she started PumpFit Club – a boutique, upscale facility that hosts group sessions with a unique approach to HIIT training. That experience, combined with her knowledge in free-weight training and olympic-style lifting, is what makes Hannah one of the top fitness leaders today. You can expect her workouts to be a little wild, sometimes inappropriate, and always a good sweat.
iFIT Trainer: Alex Silver-Fagan

Alex Silver-Fagan started her career right after she graduated from NYU. As a Nike® Trainer and model, she works regularly with publications like Shape, Self, and Women’s Health. With a passion to constantly get stronger and better, she combines a variety of fitness genres in her training regimen, including powerlifting, endurance training, and rowing. Alex is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), combining her yoga training and love of movement to help her clients truly understand the connection to their mind and body.
iFIT Trainer: James Stephenson
“Spread the love.”
James Stephenson, also known as Stevo, first discovered his love for fitness at the age of 14 during a beep test in gym class. After he’d finished the test, his teacher—who was also the head coach for the England rugby team—told him he’d outran his entire squad. Now that he’s a trainer himself, he finds passion in helping other people discover their own motivation. Stevo lived in Zambia, New Zealand, and now resides in England, where he enjoys cardio training and spending time with his children.

Jay Wein is a rowing coach and competitive CrossFit® athlete from New Jersey. He discovered HIIT training after playing hockey for Suffolk University before picking up rowing. He now teaches rowing and HIIT classes in New York City––bringing his knowledge of functional fitness, passion for pushing harder, and love of heavy lifting to each of his workouts.
iFIT Trainer: Idalis Velazquez

Idalis Velazquez grew up in Puerto Rico and later attended Florida Atlantic University where she competed in NCAA® Division 1 track and field and set the school record for the indoor long jump. Today, she’s a top expert in fat-loss training and total-body fitness in Miami, Florida, as well as a wife and proud mother of two girls. With a diverse set of training skills, Idalis specializes in fast, functional, and efficient workouts. A Chicago native and lifelong athlete, Gideon Akande graduated from the College of the Holy Cross where he played Division I football. In 2010, he became a full-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Gideon’s versatile training techniques will challenge your body in every direction as he consistently motivates with his positive attitude, contagious energy, and wholehearted belief in each person’s success.

Michael Vazquez got started in fitness because he wanted to have more energy for his newborn son. After a year of training, he fell in love with working out and started posting workouts to his social media, gaining hundreds of thousands of followers. With a background in breakdancing, calisthenics, and traditional barbell movements, Michael has created a signature training style that’s not for the faint of heart. His workouts move quickly and primarily focus on speed, power, and strength.

Born and raised near the beach in Australia, Tanya Poppett grew up loving the outdoors. Today, she runs HIIT bootcamps and leads her own fitness retreats where she guides a small group of fellow travelers through physically challenging destination activities. Tanya’s strong belief that “fit and healthy” looks different on everyone has led her to develop innovative ways of getting fit and staying active. Admired by thousands of people around the globe, her goal is to create workouts that are fun, effective, and time-friendly.

Raised in Vancouver, Canada, Lynx Fitness™ Master Trainer, Carmel Rodriguez, brings over 20 years of fitness experience to the iFIT team. She is a personal trainer, influencer, and the founder and creator of the YG12 series. Her fame rapidly grew after she published a series of workout videos online that became popular due to their uniqueness and her specific style of training. With a knack for perfecting acrobat-level handstands and inversions, she earned a spot as one of Instagram® Top 10 New Female Fitness Gurus by the New York Observer.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Justin Rubin discovered his passion for fitness at the Japan Karate Association where he earned a second-degree black belt. After moving to Los Angeles, his passion soon turned into a career and he later became the Equinox® Group Fitness Manager of the Westwood location––managing over 100 classes per week and coaching dozens of instructors. Certified by AFAA, Schwinn® Cycling, and Equinox™ own EFTI® program, Justin teaches studio cycling classes around the Los Angeles area and endeavors to bring out the best in everyone he coaches.

Raised in Utah County, Ashley Paulson has always loved long-distance running. Inspired by her dad, an avid marathon runner, she began joining him on his shorter runs at 8 years old. Today, she is an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, who is also certified in kickboxing, Zumba®, and cycling. As an Ironman® athlete, the St. George, Utah resident is a self-proclaimed cardio junkie, and she never turns down a good HIIT workout. Some of her favorite things to do are hike, paddleboard, and eat!

Briohny Smyth is a yogi, artist, jetsetter, teacher, healer, mother, and student at heart. After years of battling with anorexia and bulimia, she discovered yoga in Thailand in 1999, which launched her on a path toward healing, health, and purpose. After the birth of her daughter in 2004, she decided to share her passion for yoga with others and set foot on a lifelong journey of teaching. Mentored by Annie Carpenter and Lisa Walford at YogaWorks®, Briohny became a certified 500 E-RYT™, expanding her passion for sharing yoga into teacher trainings through her FitFlowFly Yoga School.

Jeni DelPozo grew up in southern California where she spent her childhood dancing and being active. For over 18 years, she danced competitively and professionally, almost scoring the leading role in the movie “Step Up.” While she specializes in Pilates, she’s also nationally certified in Barworks® and Schwinn® Indoor Cycling. Her goal during every workout is to create a motivating environment and spark a desire to live a healthy lifestyle, whether that’s getting fit, being in less pain, or having more energy for life’s daily activities.
iFIT Trainer: Shelley Dawson

Twelve years ago, Shelley Dawson found herself as a single mom needing a way to provide for her family. She had always enjoyed fitness, so she thought teaching it might be a good fit for her. Over a decade later, she’s now an AFAA Master Trainer, Yoga Assets Certified Teacher, and a licensed plyometrics, HIGH, and STRONG by Zumba® fitness instructor. When she’s not teaching a class, she enjoys dance cardio, baking, reading a good book, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with her five kids. Shelley currently resides in Logan, Utah.

Choose your favorite device to stream your favorite interactive iFIT workouts: your NordicTrack equipment, tablet, phone, or TV by using your iFIT TV app. Even get your family involved in the action by adding a user to your iFIT account. Because training with someone can surely make workouts more interesting!
