Q: What are the standard shipping times?

A: On average, items ship out of our warehouse within 3-5 business days—unless otherwise posted on the product page. 

Q: What are the standard delivery times?

A: Once your item has been shipped, you should receive it within 2-3 weeks. 

Q: What types of delivery are available?

A: NordicTrack currently offers three delivery options: 

Threshold Delivery:
Your product(s) will be delivered unassembled to the specified address and placed at your home just outside the door. 

Curbside Delivery:
With Curbside Delivery, your equipment will be delivered to the first dry area or as close to your home as possible. 

White Glove Delivery & Assembly:
Your product(s) will be delivered into any room you choose and assembled by our professional team of White Glove delivery and assembly technicians. All packaging will be hauled away.

Machine Assembly

Q: Is Professional Assembly available?

A: Professional assembly is now available in most American cities. Use the search tool at the top of the page to see if your zip code qualifies.

Q: Where are the assembly instructions for my machine?

A: The Vault has out-of-the-box easy assembly. You will want 2 people for assembly because some of the pieces are quite heavy. Make sure to follow the NordicTrack user manual for proper setting-up instructions.

NordicTrack Warranty

Q: What is the warranty?

A: The Vault has a 10-Year Frame Warranty, 2-Year Parts Warranty, and 1-Year Labor Warranty.

NordicTrack Returns

Q: What is the NordicTrack return policy?

A: If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your new equipment , you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Due to the size and weight of our products, NordicTrack doesn’t offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product. Returns will include a return shipping charge of $250. Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or accidents. If your equipment is missing parts when the return is received, you may be charged a restocking fee. NordicTrack reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund.
