Balkans, also known as the Balkan Peninsula, is a geographic area in Southeast Europe, showcasing beautiful scenery and terrains that are only seen in dreams! The 10K Training Series in Balkans was created for those who are training for a 10K race, but it can be just as beneficial for anyone who is looking to improve their endurance. 

For four weeks and a total of 24 workouts, iFit Trainer Tommy Rivers Puzey will take you through two pillar workouts, three recovery runs, and one long run while taking in some of the most breathtaking views in the world. 

Explore the Julian Alps, the vineyards of Istria, the waterfalls of Plitvice Lakes, and the medieval towns of Split and Dubrovnik.
