How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed no later than January 31, 2023 if purchased using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Gift Card. If you financed your purchase through a NordicTrack Financing credit line or a TD Fit Installment Loan, the refund may take longer, depending on your financing agreement.
How will my refund be received?
Credit and debit card purchases will be reimbursed on the card used at time of purchase. Gift card purchases will be reimbursed on the gift card used at time of purchase. If you financed your purchase through NordicTrack Financing or TD Fit Loan, refunds will be credited to the outstanding balance.
