In an effort to ease concerns about whether you’re getting the best sales price available on NordicTrack.com this holiday season, NordicTrack has created a Holiday Price Match Guarantee:

What is the NordicTrack Holiday Price Match Guarantee?

If you purchase a product that is on sale from NordicTrack.com between the dates of November 1st, 2024 and November 22nd, 2024 and the same product is subsequently listed at a lower price (i.e., an even better discount) on NordicTrack.com at any time from the date of purchase until 11:59pm MST on Sunday, November 26th, 2024, you may be eligible for a refund equal to the difference between your purchase price and the lower marked price. The product must be on sale during the qualifying dates (November 1st, 2024 and November 22nd, 2024) for the Price Match Guarantee; full priced products are excluded.

What products are eligible for the Holiday Price Match Guarantee?

Products that are on sale and purchased on NordicTrack.com between the dates of November 1st, 2024 and November 22nd, 2024 are eligible for inclusion in the Holiday Price Match Guarantee. For a complete list of eligible products, visit https://www.nordictrack.com/specials

Are NordicTrack products offered through other retailers, whether online or in store, eligible for the Holiday Price Match Guarantee?

No. Only products purchased on NordicTrack.com are eligible and only the products that are on sale.

If other retailers, whether online or in store, offer the same product I purchased at NordicTrack.com at a lower price, can I receive a refund for the price difference in accordance with the Holiday Price Match Guarantee?

No. Only products and prices listed on NordicTrack.com can be used as reference for the Holiday Price Match Guarantee.

How can I receive my eligible refund?

In order to receive the refund, you must contact NordicTrack Customer Service by calling 1-888-308-9616 or by sending an email to billinginfo@ifit.com. In order to be eligible, you must call or email before 11:59 pm MST on December 10th, 2024.

How long will it take for the refund to be processed?

NordicTrack will make every effort to process refunds by no later than January 31, 2025 if purchased using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Gift Card. If you financed your purchase through a NordicTrack Financing credit line or a TD Fit Installment Loan, the refund may take longer, depending on your financing agreement.

How will my refund be received?

Credit and debit card purchases will be reimbursed on the card used at time of purchase. Gift card purchases will be reimbursed on the gift card used at time of purchase. If you financed your purchase through NordicTrack Financing or TD Fit Loan, refunds will be credited to the outstanding balance.
